registered in Sri Lanka, with its international headquarters in Singapore.

growth, the company is led by Directors Elakkanapillai Baskaran and
Saraswathy Baskaran.

With Sri Lanka as its home market and the foundation of its business and
investment activities, Shriya International is committed to developing

Elakkanapillai Baskaran

Founder/Managing Director

Elakkanapillai Baskaran is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a background spanning electronics, communications, international trade, investment sourcing, and business development. With extensive entrepreneurial experience across Sri Lanka and the Middle East, he brings a practical and internationally focused approach to leadership. As Director of Shriya International, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, developing global partnerships, and guiding its diversified investments toward sustainable, long-term growth.

Saraswathy Baskaran

Director

Saraswathy Baskaran is an experienced administrator, entrepreneur and organiser with a strong background in event management, strategic coordination and relationship building. With extensive international exposure and a well-established network across multiple markets, she brings strong communication, organisational and people-management capabilities to Shriya International. Working closely alongside Chairman Mr Elakkanapillai Baskaran, she supports the company’s administration, strategic partnerships and business development initiatives, while contributing to its commitment to ethical leadership, responsible growth and long-term value creation.
